Nummy keto meal. That will keep a stomach satisfied for MANY hours though it seems kind of strange at first! 🙆🏻 Only thing I might do different is put the meat and avocado into a romaine or napa cabbage or bok choy leaf to eat as a roll up! With the nuts either in it too or on the side! And mustard is free if you like it. I'm not a great fan. But I like onions and garlic and radishes so I add in other veggies, cucumbers and celery, lots of bang for the buck as they say. Bulk with very little carb if you still feel deprived or hungry 😋 But try to eat it near the same time. The walnuts are a good, tied you over food because they have the protein and fat combined and give you a boost without messing with the glycemic or insulin index too much. I'm still getting a handle on this stuff and how best to balance it throughout the day! 🙇🏻♀️Sometimes I think less choice would be easier! 🤷🏻♀️

Thank you guys, I will use more black pepper. Usually I do not like it too much but I need to cut down salt so it is good idea.
Smprowett, I am not doing keto yet but I think without realizing I am going there with some meals.
After screwing up whole Sunday, I am trying to come back on track.. It is hard.
