Sooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo I guess I just kinda stopped for a while. Although I have been eating o.k. not as well as i have been. So i'm starting fresh, again...today. Haven't lost any weight but i'm sure this has more to do with my drinking than anything else. I have cut out almost EVERYTHING except a few good glasses of wine or several shots of tequila. I'm going to try my hand at slowing down to just drinking on weekends. Its going to be hard as hell but I KNOW that I can do it. Problem is...how do you do something you just don't wanna do? Hopefully i'll be able to answer that soon!!!

You can do it, you can do whatever you set your mind to. Focus on the body you want. Don't give up what you want most for what you want at the moment!

If it helps any, I used to drink altogether over 3 magnums of wine a week, easy. Now, I'm down to 1/6oz glass of red wine per night, except for Thursdays. Thursday's are my cheat day and sometimes I'll have 2-3 drinks. But, I tapered down slowly, which is actually recommended when weaning off alcoholic beverages. I started with 2/6 oz glasses mon-thurs and then allowed myself 3/6 oz glasses, Friday through Sunday and left Thursday free for a cheat day. Just about 2 weeks ago, I decided to cut it back to 1 glass per night, except for cheat day and have found I actually like it. I sleep better, have more energy in the morning and when cheat day comes, I'm a cheap drunk because my tolerance level is low now.
