Even though I had my weakness yesterday at lunch, I still feel like yesterday was a good diet day. Stayed under calories, got in an excellent workout and still had time to rest at the end of the day. I know everyday will not be like this but hopefully I will remember days like this to keep me on track. Everyone slips-the strong and motivated push through and make it happen!
