GOOD FOODS FOR DIETS
Avocados – rich in L-carnitine that can metabolize fat cells. Blueberries – contain soluble fiber to help you feel full for longer periods of time. Green Tea – contains a compound called epigallocatechin-3-gallate (EGCG) – an antioxidant that boosts metabolism. Grapefruit – known to help boost metabolism. Almonds – contain zinc and Vitamin B to help curb any cravings for sugar. Oatmeal – contains soluble fiber that can also help you feel fuller longer. Salmon – protein to help build muscle for efficient fat-burning.
Flaxseeds – contains a high amount of dietary fiber which is important for weight loss. Oranges – can promote the natural production of L-carnitine which is a compound that reduces fat.
