Ok so I typed in the wrong weight because I was self conscience! It should be starting weight 270!!! Very embarassed by that. But the good news is that 257 is real which means 13 lbs in 2 weeks!!!! YES!!! I never thought tracking calories would help me this much. I want to make the 240's by March. I am very hopeful. Small goals small expectations...gotta remember that.
