I have gained back 5lbs, as i was not "eating clean",beans,fruit, nuts.. but was eating anything i wanted. Additionaly, i have not been routinely walking x5mths & 2 wks.
I have decided that i will continue towards my goal of 150lbs. I want to tone up my body & replace fat w/ muscle ( not too much muscle). target areas: legs, abs, arms ( bat wings), tone up behind.
