today is the first day of my diet. i cannot stay at this weight. i have trouble walking, kneeling, etc. i am too heavy and i HAVE to do something about it. well that starts TODAY!!!!
283.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 118.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
