DAY SEVEN - DETERMINATION
Did I tell you for Lent I'm giving up all my bad habits. My husband was concerned and wanted to know if he was a bad habit. Nope. Fortunately one of the good ones. LOL.

2nd day of exercising. This morning it was cardio - so hopped on the treadmill for 30 minutes. Once again TobyMac (Portable Sound) was right with me. Working on holding in my abs while walking. It's tough!!! My body actually woke up just before my alarm. Fortunately my brain convinced it to rest some more...and as I write this, I could actually return to bed for another hour minimum!

Decided last night I wanted something DIFFERENT to eat. And you know, it was VERY good!!!! And it was filling!!! Which was great!

Prevention has some really good articles about clean food versus junk food. Go pick up a copy of the March 2010 and check out the SPRING CLEAN YOUR DIET - Eat-Right Road Map section. I tore it out and have it to refer back to!
