I am finally starting to be able to notice a difference in my mood and attitude after eating Keto for the last 4 days. I'm still having some cravings but I know how to curb them and it's working. My worst times are at work when it's slow. I use to eat out of boredom when at work. Now I just eat what I bring from home and save money. Keep on keeping on! #baconiscandy

Hang in there. You'll find that your taste in food will change. Sweets will seem gross, and vegetables will taste sweet. It's weird how it works, but I just can't eat sweets anymore. And the cravings go away.
