Hi tylinmarie. Just wanted to encourage you. Try to be diligent with recording your calories. I'm doing 1500 calories a day to reach my goal weight of 150 lbs. The mere act of counting my calories each day without fail...helps me keep my daily goal in mind. The longterm goal will take care of itself. If you look at some of my first entries I was totally hung up on Cadbury's Creme Easter eggs. Love those things. But even when I ate 8 of them (150 calories each) for breakfast one day, I still recorded it and eventually got to where I would just have one or two and be satisfied. One thing I learned in weight watchers is that you can eat anything you like, you don't have to deny yourself, just make sure to write it down ( or in this case log it in your food diary). It's been about a month and each day it get's a little easier to maintain my calorie goal. One other thing, I noticed you were munching on Tortilla chips. If its the crunch and the salt you like I would highly recomment Kettle Brand Baked Potato Chips. They are fabulous. They're big, super cruchy and taste like real potato chips. You can hardly tell the difference from their regular chips..just less oily. and there are 20 chips to a 120 calorie serving. So, even if I pig out and eat a whole bag of them (4 servings in a bag)..I haven't killed my whole days calorie allotment. I just adjust. I also eat an organic salad every day...sometimes twice a day before my meal. Hope this helps and hang in there girl..you can do this!!!
