So it seems my weight has stalled. It is kind of discouraging. This might sound crazy, but could it be because I am not eating enough? Hopefully I can get out of this rut.

It looks like you're REALLY close to your goal weight. The closer you get, the more often it seems that your weight loss just stops. You might consider purchasing some ketostix to make sure you're still in ketosis and that might make you feel better. Here's a link that has more info for you: http://www.atkins.com/Program/Phase-2/Trouble-Shooting-in-OWL/FOUR-REASONS-FOR-STALLED-WEIGHT-LOSS.aspx

Not sure where the rest of my link went, but if you go to atkins.com, the information is there in the phase 2 section.

As FS105 said, you are REALLY close to your goal weight (good for you!) and it's not at all unusual for those last pounds to be extra-sticky! You've only been the same weight for just under 2 weeks which, while disappointing, could be perfectly normal. Some people do slowdown or stall when they're not eating enough, but without a food log, it's hard to tell what's going on; it may or may not have anything to do with the amount you're eating. You might consider going back to logging your foods....at least for a little while until you can see what's really going on. Don't give up, you WILL make it to goal.
