Sunday: yesterday was my birthday and I got new danskos, 10 pairs of the most expensive socks Ill ever wear, plus an tune up for my car. Sleep was super. Diet was fine and I had a long talk with B about how difficult it is to lose weight , but how important at this stage of our life it really is. I hope it helps. I am so excited to see 188.8 on the scale this AM. I kind of think If I get back on the scale it would be more. I hope it sticks.I will walk on the treadmill for an hour today to break in my new shoes.
