Keto evening meal so today is Fish day....3 Carbs total. 2 for the 1/2 Avocado and 1 for the (Butter bobs video) home made olive oil mayo coleslaw w/Hot peppers. I will be adding a scoop of Butter (keto ice cream) on the steamed fish for extra flavor and Cals. Bon Appeti all you keto lovers.

Dang, that fish looks good! I'm sad that Butter Bob stopped making videos, but his archived ones do pretty much tell the whole story. If you want some good recipe inspiration, check out the Keto Connect channel on YouTube. Those kids have some awesome recipes.

I did not know Butter Bob stopped making videos. Thanks for telling me but sorry to hear that. I read your comment on another post about Keto Connect and have been enjoying some of the videos there also.
