Today is Monday, Feb 8th, 2010 and it is the first time I have set foot in the gym this entire year, and I gotta tell you guys, it felt GOOD to be back. Happy Monday everyone! I decided I am not going to weigh on tomorrow since I tore up the Superbowl food yesterday but I am back on track today. Everyone have a great week and let's do this!! Hang in there and don't get down if you make a few bad choices, get up, brush of the brownie crumbs and get back in there :)
