1 month and 1 week..........What was I thinking....


Start weight 230 today 214 26 pounds lost

Well I have to say it is getting easier and the scale is finally co-operating. Week 3 and 4 were hard with my weight jumping all around but, week 5 the scale is moving down a little everyday. I am not sure if my body is adjusting better but I can have more cheese and creamer this week and it is not bothering my ketosis-- so that is great. I had this great idea that I would clean the house out yesterday. I am not sure what I was thinking, I started at one end and cleaned every drawer, mirror, shelf, blind, scrubbed the showers and cleaned under everything. About 7 hours into it I was thinking I must be crazy, my legs were aching and I wanted a nap, throwing out things is exhausting. I finished the last load of clothes, and mopped the last floor at 11:00 o'clock last night and slept till 9:00 this morning. That is the latest in years. I will say it is sure nice to wake up to a immaculate house even though I know the kids will have it tore up in a couple of hours. My Next project tackle the closets but today I am taking the day off and going outside to play baseball with the kids.

How are all of you doing? Are you starting to get tempted? Thinking about cheating for the superbowl? Have you tried some low carb recipes?

I plan on having a low carb party for the superbowl, crab dip with cheese crisps, chicken wings cooked with Italian dressing with blue cheese dip, a meat and cheese tray and maybe some skewers off the grill, my mouth is watering already. Manning is from here he use to date a girl from my town so I guess that is who I am rooting for since my saints are out! Well have a great carbfree weekend!!

I had bacon and eggs for breakfast with coffee for breakfast, smothered pork chops for lunch, and breadless meatloaf for dinner. I did 11 hours of housework that should have been a ton of calories.......lol..........it took 11,187 steps to get it done.
