1151 kcal Fat: 35.30g | Prot: 55.01g | Carb: 167.30g.   Breakfast: coffee creamer, raw sugar, coffee, ezekiel bread, peanut butter, bulk spinach, frozen berries. Lunch: wegmans baby spinach bulk, cauliflower, olives, feta cheese, cucumber, organic apple cider vinegar, tomatoes. Dinner: seitan, american cheese, onions, green peppers, spinach wrap. Snacks/Other: Lowfat Popcorn Popped in Oil, grapes, green tea , Red Delicious Apples, wegmans baby carrots. more...
