Hi FS buddies! Another week gone, and it was stressful, too. There is a lot going on for me at work and I did revert to some stress eating this week. I will arm myself with only good choices this week to combat the urge to not make smart choices. There will definitely be a run on the baby carrots.
I will be working this weekend and there will be a meeting tomorrow at work. I will still sneak in time for some robust workouts to hopefully offset my bad two days this week. It is snowing here, so at least I get out of yard and mowing. Any spare time will be used to do some housework.
