I've been struggling pretty much all my life with weight. My husband is very slim and is always on me about the weight. He would like to see me down to 130lbs., but I feel this is too low for me. If I get to 160lbs. I would be very happy. It I get to my goal weight of 150lbs., I would be extatic. I am walking on my treadmill every day for about 25 min. right now. I was doing 30 min. befor Christmas, but had minor heart surgery on Jan. 5 and I just started walking again last week. Now I need to control my eating. I love junk food. I'm trying to drink more water because I've had three Dr's tell me that I'm dehydrated. I know that the water will help me with my weight loss also. Well ok, here I go trying again. I'm going to do this one day at a time with starting today. Good luck to me.
