I think I hit a limit for how much meat I can eat. I have become very bloated, again, have another cold, and wake up full of remorse over all the animals I am eating. I think I'll try a more vegan approach, at least for awhile. When I was a vegetarian, before, I felt better than I do, now, so maybe it will work for me, again.
