I was able to stay true to the program last night with no binges or emotional eating. I fried pork chops with pork rind batter, which was delish...all though I was unable to walk the track due to rain, I still manage to pull off a little loss on the scales this morning. I keep reminding myself that I can be so close to breaking through just hold on one more day, keep holding on, stay within the program cause the program will work if I follow it...
