I've come to accept this is going to probably be a slow and steady weight loss. Scale finally budged almost 4 pounds.. I have to admit I still don't have the motivation I once had when I lost 30 pounds in 3 months when I was in my early 20's. Things are different now, I have college, study, more stress. Also I am on the pill now which has increased my hunger at least 2 fold.. I don't get hungry gradually anymore, I get a sudden intense hunger stomach griwling lile I havent eaten for 2 days but it's only been an hour.:( Yep, things are definitely different so I shoukd focus more on healthy lifestyle changes as opposed to quick weight loss.. maybe I won't be able to wear that beautiful bronze satin Guess dress I have hanging in my closet in time for my my March 20 birthday but slow and steady wins the race in this case..sigh.. not giving up!
