Still doing good on my food intake. Also doing pretty good on uppin my water intake. Feeling more positive about dieting this time.
Now I need to motivate myself to workout some more. I tend to be very tired after work and just want to sit on the couch... not good :(
Hoping if I up my vitamins and lose some weight I will have a bit more energy and motivation to get myself moving more!
