Yesterday day 2/5/10 was a feel down n sorry for myself type day which lead to always eating/snacking ehhhh I hate myself for it now n expecially right b4 weigh in on sunday morning.

Well, you know what you did, and theres nothing you can do about it now. Just realize the feeling you have now - that you felt good while eating the food, but the regret lasts a lot longer (as does the fat on your hips from it! LOL) Sometimes we all need a day (or week) of that - get it out of your system and march on to another day of eating healthy!

Sorry you had a bad day yesterday, but try not to let the guilt mess up your day today! That's the old way of doing things. The new way is to accept the day's we don't do so well and get right back to healthier choices. You can do it!
