Have been doing fairly well the last few days. Really trying to just make better choices and eat more of the things I need... not just the things I want. Trying to be more active at work as well.
Felt a bit depressed today so I need to watch my stress eating tonight...
I made up little baggies of freshly cut and washed veggies so I can grab those from the fridge instead of reach for chips or ice cream. So proud of myself :)
