i am coming to realize that 2 places i need to work on with my eating treads are...
1) STRESS EATING

2) NIGHT TIME EATING (eating at home when im bored)

i am being laid off on friday. and i have noticed as the days approach i have been STRESS EATING
and when im home i tend to eat when im bored or just because its there.
and now that i will be laid off im going to have more stress and more time on my hands...
any suggestions???

Thanks for the request, night time eating is the hardest forme too! I try to keep some tasty, decient snacks just for those times. Like i make my pretent apple pie! thats what I call it. one sliced red apple spread in the pie pan with one serving of special k cinnimun pecan cereal on top. sprinkle with a little splenda brown sugar! Taste just like apple pie to me! Also we just sometimes have to find something to do instead of eat! I have a sign on my fridge that says if hunger is not the problem, then eating is not the solution! Chat with me anytime!
