I did not have a great day yesterday. Felt tired, frustrated, depressed AND VERY hungry when I got home from work. BAD combination! I ate a few random things that I would not have chosen if I was being "good". But by the end of the day, I still burned more than I ate for the day. So, it was not as bad as it could have been.
