Whoops, after bonking hard from trying to adjust to a much lower carb intake than I am used to. I caved in to ravenging hunger. Although,I think it was at least 75 percent in my head. After all a man can supposedly live for at least 3 weeks without food. I don't think anyone would be safe around me if I went more than 3 days.
