A1C 7.4

7.4 reading was because of a Anti-Inflammatory for my shoulder pain.
Drug test 1/12/17 and weighed in at 218 on the Dr's scales.... fully clothed with shoes on. Scale at home was 215. So I started at the weight of 215.
Found the low carb high fat group and read and asked all kinds of questions so here's how it all goes:
Started all in on 1/30/17.......quit smoking September '16 and gained weight, so on this day I was already down to 208.5.......very strict in my macros, never eating anything not on the food list......
I am now 94 days in, love my way of eating, and am down to 188.4 as of today! No sugar, bread, pasta, no grains, no fruit but plenty of fat and delicious veggies! Like Zoodles and fried Radishes.....mmmm.....As I said before, I am all in and trying to go as low carb as I can.....wanna be healthy......Good Luck and great health to all!
