Today Exercise...Bike Ride..1 hour 10 miles...Elliptical...10 mins can't understand how anyone can do this one any longer..Treadmill..1 hour... incline 11.5 3.7mph..Did a new thing..Water Jogging...1 hour that was really fun..tomorrow is weigh in...really hope i do well..

Wow, you spend over 3 hours a day dedicated to getting yourself healthy. I can't think of a better way to spend the day! Can't wait to hear about your weigh-in!
