Okay, so I weighed today. I'm going to change my weigh day to Thursdays. I should have gained 3-5 pounds since this is PMS week so I'm happy it's going the opposite way! Also, I've noticed since I'm eating healthier that PMS is really not an issue (makes hubby and kids happy!) One day at a time, Lifestyle change.
