I am putting this out there to further hold myself accountable for what and how I eat. Today since April of 09 I have lost 50 pounds. However over last two months I have only lost 9 pounds and that was in the last month only. I workout six days a week and monitor my food. But the weight just hangs on. I know it has more to do with what I eat and when but its hard to change a life full of lessons. Ok, that being said I started this program yesterday and lets see what it does for me....Cant cheat cause the program is right here on my phone. I put in everything I eat and lets see.
