WOW...on the scale again. Down this morning to 190.5...almost out of the 190's. CANNOT wait!!! I'm gonna work extra hard this weekend to stay on track. Last weekend movie popcorn, the weekend before too much wine. Lets see if I can stay on point this weekend!!!!
