10 pounds gone! Pretty good for a little under a month :-) It's coming off slower than I thought it would but it's coming off and that's all that matters. If I lose that much a month I will definitely lose the weight in a year which is what I was aiming for. It's all about lifestyle change and keeping it off instead of losing fast and gaining it back.
