Just starting a low carb diet. I've been doing a lot of research, and it seems like my best bet when it comes to burning fat lifting weights. I'm going to talk to the school nutritionist to see what she has to say.
This seems extremely difficult when deciding what to eat. It's only my first day so its alright if I'm feeling frustrated and confused. I'm sure it'll get easier as I learn more.
