Fatcheerleader's Journal, 29 January 2012

Wowsa! It's been a hot minute since I journaled. The thing with redeployment is when they come back, its all about them. Getting them back to real life, getting them reacquainted with the day to day, and they arent always going to understand that now you go to yoga two hours a day. One car makes that a bit harder. All he can think of are all the things he was missing over that year, not all the new stuff you were adding in. So, needless to say, there is a bit of a readjustment period. Plus block leave. Some ways it is good. Some ways not so much. There is no schedule. Even though DH didnt take leave, there just wasnt much to keep him occupied, so our regular homescHool, workout, daily life schedule didnt run smoothly either. Its been two months of chaotic living. Now we enter month three. Everyone is back from leave and our unit begins all the traditional social functions. We have awards ceremonies, farewells, formals, roasts, change of command, all in all we are busy TWENTY nights out of the next thirty, and that does not include last night and the nigt before, and we both have separate functions today. Did I mention it is fifty below outside and we have one car? So. I have maintained my weight. Just barely. I am proud of that though, because it has been a struggle. DH loves his steak and taters. I WILL BERAK MY 200 PLATEAU IN FEBRUARY. I am going to the gym when the soldiers have mandatory PT at 0530. I start p90x this week at home as well. Thats the straight poop there.

Diet Calendar Entry for 29 January 2012:
