Back on the job this week, and eating right when you are in the middle of nowhere on the road constantly is proving to be more of a challenge than I thought. Also, my phone doesn't have reception most of the time, and my last 3 days I have not been albe to record any of my diet or exercise, which is very frustrating, because I don't have a visual on what I'm eating or doing.
I'm still working out some, but not as much as I would like. I have a minor shin splint right now, which takes away my high impact aerobics and running, which really sucks. I've found some other ways to work out without the impact though, and I'm going to keep moving forward. Only 42lbs to go at this point, and I will reach that goal by April!!!
