Have stuck to the diet pretty closely but weight loss has slowed down. i'll try not to be discouraged.
185.0 lb Lost so far: 10.0 lb.    Still to go: 35.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Every little pound or half a pound brings you closer to goal. They all add up to one big number. You are doing fine. Weight loss always slows down after the first couple of weeks. You will have weeks of low numbers, high numbers, no loss and gains. It's all a part of the journey. Patience and persistence is what gets people to goal.
