Weekend didn't go so well with anything, but oh well! About the only thing I did do is play 4 games of ball on Sat, it was a Turkey ball Tourney, everyone hits a 16" mush ball and run the bases in reverse, it is a blast!

I am back on track today though and I am doing to kick this crappy attitude now!!! I need to get get to the store and stock up on detox foods, I am going to start my 9 day detox tomorrow and try to get ride of these last few pounds. I finally got the book back so I know exact portions sizes and stuff! I am ready to do this. I told my hubby this morning that today is that last day for eating poorly, tomorrow is my new beginning and I am ready! I am hoping he will be on board with me as he has been complaining about his weight! I don't think he has anything to worry about, he is almost 6ft and only weights like 165 lbs, man wish I had the problem!!! :-D None the less, I am supporting him just like he is me and we will do this together...at least the exercising party anyways! :-)

So far today I have had a banana and grapefruit. I will have a smoothie here in an hour or so, then some Rice and veggies for lunch and dinner I am going to have a salad! Have had almost 32 oz of water already today and going to continue to push myself to drink nothing but that! Will be heading to the gym at lunch and then try to work out tonight, but also have a volley ball game so maybe will just use that for my 2nd work out! Wish me luck!

You stay so active with softball and I think that is great. I am not very athletically inclined. It is always good to have an activity that you love to do.

Sports is always a fun way to get a workout...you don't really feel like you're working out when you're "playing." Having your husband do it with you is such a wonderful thing. You can both be each other's conscience and motivate each other. As long as you keep the exercise up, eating a little something here and there won't matter as much. Great job on staying active!! :)
