Done very well so far!

Very pleased, I haven't slipped up! Second week though and I'm starting to get cravings for evil food!! I feel a bit empty and want to eat something substantial!

Any ideas anyone?

I discovered that I love radishes! Very low calorie has vitamin c and Potassium. I use a salad shooter and shred them then I stir fry them with cooking spray. I use cajun spice but anything will work. You can add other things to it as well. Enjoy!

Radishes are also good sliced thin and roasted... brush or spray with oil and season and roast in oven at around 400F for 20 or so mn until brown. Also very addictive!

I've been eating egg plant...I'm not sure if it's on the original protocol but I have seen it on others. I roast it with coconut oil & Italian seasoning. It's nice for a change. Lbrunelle...Love the radish idea...I'm gonna try it thanks!
