Just started transition phase of HMR. I can now eat some vegetables, which I haven't been able to do for 33 weeks (other then in their prepared meals).

Yesterday I had a baked potato for the first time in forever, topped with a "gravy" made from the hmr chicken soup, boullion (which I've been told to have due to low blood pressure), sage, and garlic powder.

Today I added a cup of diced tomatoes to the HMR Chicken Pasta Parmesan entree, and have nibbled on raw carrots, broccoli, and grape tomatoes.

Noticed some digestive issues though. Hopefully that will go away as I get used to "real" food.
