Didn't get a chance to write yesterday and last night had a crazy busy night at work with no break. Tired but not exhausted...which is good. Beem faithful to my Brazil Butt Lift even when I could barely get my booty out of bed today. Sore but feeling stronger!

Even when I was dragging at work, I still stuck to my eating plan. I think I've found the key to my nightshift feeding times. No more cravings, no more starving so much I could eat my arm with a dash of salt.

I did gain a lb from yesterday, but I'm feeling (well, if you've been reading some of my journals then ya know what I mean) a little full in the gut. I've been sticking to my plan and nothing else has changed. So I imagine that in the next couple days I will see a good drop.

Well FS friends, cheers for now...gotta get back to work (it's a lovely night here in the ICU).

Hope work gets a little less crazy. (Is that even possible in an ICU?) Way to go on sticking to all of your plans for diet and exercise, that's an accomplishment to be proud of.
