Didn't get a chance to write yesterday and last night had a crazy busy night at work with no break. Tired but not exhausted...which is good. Beem faithful to my Brazil Butt Lift even when I could barely get my booty out of bed today. Sore but feeling stronger!
Even when I was dragging at work, I still stuck to my eating plan. I think I've found the key to my nightshift feeding times. No more cravings, no more starving so much I could eat my arm with a dash of salt.
I did gain a lb from yesterday, but I'm feeling (well, if you've been reading some of my journals then ya know what I mean) a little full in the gut. I've been sticking to my plan and nothing else has changed. So I imagine that in the next couple days I will see a good drop.
