Too many take aways and unhealthy things due to being on annual leave last week. It's funny how your brain equates holidays with eating Domino's pizza, Chinese, Indian and traditional fish and chips! Never reached my goal of 83 kg before the end of March, but no use looking back FS buddies, onwards and upwards.
