Harzer Käse, Lätta Halbfettmargarine, Roggen Knäckebrot, Tomaten, Normaler Kaffee. Lunch: Gut & Günstig Joghurt Mild - 3,5% Fett%, Wassermelone, Spiegelei, Iglo Rahm-Spinat, Kartoffeln (Fruchtfleisch, Gesalzen, Gekocht). Dinner: Olivenöl, Junge Frühlingszwiebeln, Gelbe Paprika, Radieschen, Salatgurke, Tomaten, Eisbergsalat, Spreewaldrabe Spreewälder Gewürzgurken. more...
