Today was my first full day....and it was tuff! I went to the store and bought chicken breast, salmon, spinach and cheese. The hardest part for me is not snacking, which is so normal for me, especially at night. Looking forward for tomorrow.

you can do it, after your 3rd full day, you shouldn't feel the urge to snack. I usually eat a big lunch and that holds me over until I eat my big dinner... full of meat and veggies.. you can do it!

After a few days, you won't get the munchies like you used to because your blood sugar will be more regulated once you are in ketosis. Hang in there. If you have to snack, have some protein.
