I'm nearing my goal of getting out of the 230's and into the 220's. It has taken a longer amount of time to get to my first 20lbs but I feel like the slow and steady is working for me this time around. I am really conflicted now about whether I will continue on with my plans for the surgical procedure. I feel like right now my mind and my relation with food is changing and is manageable. I still have another 6 weeks or so before I need to decide.
