It seems no matter how much energy I have and use I can't seem to lose a pound.., grrr. have woken up at 6:30 each morning and been busier than a bee cleaning the house, running errands (I walk to them, I don't drive- don't have a license 😉) nothing is helping, I can be busy like this every day until 5pm and all that happens is that I get tired. , umm yeah, tired of doing stuff with a Zero weight change after all the crazy activity ..
