Another step in the right direction. Hopefully I'll at least be back to 150.8 by tomorrow. Almost down 5lbs! Just about 1/2 way through Induction. Will move up to OWL when I get to 145, and then Pre-Maintenance at 135 to lose the last 10. Yay!! Just kind of wanting something sweet last night, but mostly have not had cravings. I didn't give in, I played C.O.D. instead. :) Also, I've made mashed potatoes twice while on induction, and didn't touch them! I couldn't say that last time I tried Atkins. I great big puffy heart some mashed potatoes. Ultimate comfort food.
151.0 lb Lost so far: 4.0 lb.    Still to go: 26.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
