Okay...Old Betty (my scale) is being a fart!!! I think she had a break down. She is so freaking temperamental. LOL
Nonetheless, my clothes feel loose today so I am not going to allow her mood swings to get me down. Haha Seriously, what does she know anyway? On a more serious note, Shout out to my girl Cindyshine for completely her first marathon!! Whoop, Whoop... Way to go Ms. Shine! You are an inspiration!

LMAO.. I'm sitting here tonight reading journals for those in the Atkins program. I laughed out loud with your scale being a fart. That was just funny, especially after reading so my serious comments about Atkings program, cant do it, etc. Thanks for the chuckle!
