Week 2 of p90x complete.

I had a set back this weekend. I went to a new place for dinner on Sat, Logans Roadhouse. This place is awesome if you are ready to have a HUGE splurge. They've got peanuts to eat while you're waiting and rolls (dripping with butter) when you get a table. Dinner rolls are one of my huge weaknesses. They do have a lite (less than 550 cal) menu, but I didn't go that route. I didn't even try to enter the calories, I'm sure it would've been impressive (and depressing). The plus side (if there was one)? I only ate half of my meal and had the other half on Sunday for lunch.

I'm starting week 3 of p90x after work. Things are going well. Comparing week 1 numbers to week 2 numbers off the worksheets, I am showing significant gains in strength. And even though the scale is not showing a weight loss, I "feel" skinnier. I'm tempted to take measurements for comparison, but I really want to wait till I am done with phase 1.

I've been waking up with sore upper back/neck for the last 5 days. I've made adjustments to my pillows, which helped a bit, but still pretty bad. I'll keep making adjustments till I find something that works. It does make me get up earlier though:)

p90x countdown: 76 days left - Halfway thru phase 1!
