I thought the scale was off Saturday. I'm beginning to feel achy and a little sniffly. I hope I'm not getting sick again. I have had enough interruptions in my routine to last all year.
204.8 lb Lost so far: 70.2 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
